How can we improve eWAY?

when completing a Pre-Auth payment we cannot access the description and reference fields on the Complete Pre-Auth page.

We have recently moved from using Stored transactions to Pre-Auth transactions and when completing a Pre-Auth payment we cannot access the description and reference fields on the Complete Pre-Auth page. Is it possible to have access to these fields as we use them to advise the customer their Tax Invoice number that relates to the payment.
